Pajama Forest is not some huge corporation, it’s just one guy (and his wife, she helps too sometimes). When you order something, it is lovingly packed and shipped by the artist himself, from his house to yours. You can feel good that your orders directly support the artist and help to ensure a bright future for Pajama Forest.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I will ship pretty much anywhere that has an address :D and you’ll be happy to know that I try hard to keep shipping costs to an absolute minimum (I know I hate paying for shipping!)
I ordered something, when can I expect it?
First of all, Thanks! It really depends on where you live as to when you get your order. Domestic orders usually arrive the next week, International orders are known to get caught up in customs on occasion, but they normally arrive within two weeks. [Note: If you ordered custom art, I have to draw it and send it to my printing company]
I will make every effort to make sure you get exactly what you ordered in a timely manner. If you need something by a certain day or have any other questions on the status of your order just send me an email evan@pajamaforest.com and I’ll do what I can!
What is your return policy?
I want you guys to be totally happy with what you get, and I’m confident you will be; however, if for whatever reason you aren’t, please don’t hesitate to send me an email (evan@pajamaforest.com) with your concern and I will do what I can to make things ok.
